Analytics
Platform analytics are configured for aggregate usage only. Page views and feature usage events do not include email addresses, phone numbers, certificate numbers, or message bodies. Browser Do Not Track signals are respected.
Email delivery
Email delivery logs store metadata needed to troubleshoot delivery: subject, message type, provider message id, status, timestamps, and a hashed recipient identifier. Full email body content is not stored in the log.
Training records
Student progress, enrollments, CFI relationships, endorsements, and school audit records are retained according to the platform records policies and applicable training-record obligations.
