Enrollment and Cancellation Policy
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Students may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided no course materials have been accessed through the student portal. After 7 days or after course access begins, no refund is issued.
Enrollment is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Students who have not completed the course within 12 months may request a one-time 60-day extension at no charge by contacting the office before the enrollment expiration date.
Attendance Requirements
Students must complete all modules and achieve a passing score of 70% or higher on each module knowledge check to receive the instructor endorsement required for the FAA knowledge test. There are no minimum in-person attendance requirements for the online course; however, the endorsement is issued only upon demonstrated competency in all required knowledge areas.
Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to engage with course material honestly and independently. Use of unauthorized assistance on module knowledge checks or practice tests is grounds for immediate enrollment termination without refund. Aviation requires honest self-assessment — students who misrepresent their knowledge level create safety risks for themselves and others.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, email address, and phone number at enrollment. This information is used to manage your account, communicate about your enrollment, and issue your FAA knowledge test endorsement. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payment (Stripe) or comply with legal obligations.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
